　　I appreciate a work environment where supervisors try to make personal connections with their employees. In my last job, I liked the fact that management did not show favoritism, and they understood employees’ needs, as well as their strengths. Of course, these things take time to learn, but I would want my supervisor to try to know me in that way.

　　我喜欢的工作环境是主管和员工建立人际关系。在我上一份工作中，我很欣赏上司不偏不倚，他们了解员工的需要以及长处。当然，这些情况需要时间才能得知，但我希望我的上司能够试着用这种方式认识我。

　　I would like to able to go to my manager if I had an issue or idea. I would like to be able to feel comfortable to express my thoughts. I would also expect my supervisor to be open and honest with me, and to let me know if there was anything I could do to improve or change in my work.

　　如果我有问题或是想法，我希望能够与我的上司交流。我希望能够自在的表达自己的想法。我也希望我的上司能够对我开发而诚恳，如果在工作上有任何我能改善或改变的事，都让我知道。

　　I would like my supervisor to have the proper qualities to guide his or her employees. He should have a decision-taking tendency and be able to control his team and team members. He must have the capacity to lead the team according to circumstances.

　　我希望我的上司有适当的能力指导下属。他应该能做出决定，并能掌控它的团队和成员。他必须要根据环境变化领导团队的能力。

　　I would like my supervisor to have honest and open communication with me. He could recognize me for my efforts and the value I provide to the company, and treat me with respect and equality.

　　我希望我的上司和我能有坦诚、开放的交流。他能认同我对公司所做的贡献和价值，尊重我并公平地对待我。
