　　Life in this multicultural country

　　If you ask someone to use a word to describe Britain， most of their answers would be “diversity” or “multicultural”. That is true， among all the people living in Britain， a big part are consisted by people from other countries， and the reason they came here is different， it may because of their family， job or some other factors. Britain is truly a melting pot， and in this situation， there must be some culture shocks. In order to know more about life of people with different backgrounds better， interview are essential. By talking with some people today， both at colleges and on streets， it‘s clear that what people really think about this kind of diversity life in Britain.

　　At the beginning of the interview， the place was chosen at the Christ college， normally there would be a principal at the gate to help us with anything， and he also became the first interviewee. The man introduced something about the culture at the college. Through the interview with him， we knew that the culture shock is getting weaker than before， the college is trying to pursue an equality to every person， no matter where he comes from and no matter if he’s Christian， Muslims or of other religions.

　　But there are some special events for the international students， these events can be in different forms， but the aim of that is to gather students together， and help everyone involved in this college， to make it like a family. “You are not alone here”. That‘s a quote from him which impressed people most. Though this is a multicultural society， there isn’t any discrimination between each religion and country.

　　The interview then turned to be done on the streets. As a matter of fact， interviews on streets can give people more surprises， because these interviewees may not all be British， some of them are even just visitors here， so the idea came from them is of different perspective with the principals at colleges. The interviewees are from different countries， the US， Italy and India. People all show the enthusiasms and love of this kind of multicultural lifestyle， there are just a lot of cultures in Britain and meanwhile it still remains its own culture， and that‘s the most interesting thing about Britain as well.

　　It’s easy to see that people enjoy the life here in Britain， the culture shock somehow brings them a kind of excitement， you can easily feel different things in just one country， that‘s pretty cool. Britain uses its diversity to attract so many people， and this is an unforgettable country for sure. Being in Britain， you will never get bored， because everyday in life， there are still many things for you to explore！
