新东方小记者采访：七嘴八舌说奥运

　　【有关开幕式的点滴】

　　Part one

　　Q: Did you watch the opening ceremony? Do you think the ceremony show the British culture to the world?

　　A: Yes, I enjoy it. Yes.

　　Q: Which sport will you be following?

　　A: Oh, Cycling.

　　Q: The slogan is Inspire the generation, so what do you thin government should do to inspire the young people?

　　A: Yeah, I think just show the sport is ok, young people will know able to think it.

　　Q: By the way, Which companies do you think will sponsor the Olympic Games?

　　A: Coca-cola and susung.

　　Part two

　　Q: Did you watch the opening ceremony? Which part do you like best?

　　A: Yes, the part…? Um, the Queen.

　　Q: Which sport do you think the Great Britain team will win the gold medal?

　　A: sailing.

　　Q: What sport will you following with?

　　A: Oh, running and swimming.

　　Q: Do you think the Olympic Games will earn a lot of money for London’s government and companies?

　　A: I don’t know the money, but the sports are really interesting.

　　通过对11个街头随机采访对象的答案分析后，我们发现其中9个人表示十分喜欢奥运会开幕仪式中火炬点燃的场景，他们觉得点燃后的奥运火炬呈现花瓣状，既绚丽又蕴含了创新思想，让他们难以忘怀，而剩下的两位采访对象则对其中的自行车表演印象深刻。问及如何看待北京奥运会开幕式，六个完整看完问卷的采访对象一致表示北京奥运会开幕式十分精彩，让人回味无穷，也有一位采访对象觉得北京奥运会颇有一些浪费，如果可以加一些环保理念在其中便会更出色。和一位中国老大爷的相遇和交流让我印象深刻。采访到一半的时候下起了大雨，我们只好在一家商铺门口避雨。这时，站在我们对面的一位亚洲面孔的老大爷向我们走来友好地问我们是不是中国人，他乡遇故人着实让人倍感亲切，很快我们就打开了话匣子。老大爷说他的女儿在伦敦工作，所以他顺便来英国度假看奥运会。谈到奥运开幕式，老大爷丝毫不吝啬赞美之词：“奥运开幕式的构架十分有意思，从田园风光到工业革命都无疑展露了英国文化的特点，相对于北京奥运会的开幕式，伦敦的这一届更像一场文化娱乐的party，更像是一场全球人民一起交流的盛宴。”随后，老大爷也发表了自己对北京奥运的看法，“我们国家所举办的奥运会似乎是一场国力的宣扬，是一次政治性浓厚的展示。”如此犀利的言论很难不让人印象深刻。

Some people do care about the Olympic Games. Tina, an undergraduate student in Cambridge, said: “I watched the opening ceremony and it is amazing. I mean, when the queen just jumped from the helicopter, I was shocked. Also, the free medical treatment for children was showed in the opening ceremony, which is great.”

　　对于开幕式，大多数的采访对象都表示非常enjoy＆like it，开幕式上各种角色的出现都让人非常兴奋，比如憨豆先生、007邦德。若要对比2008年的北京奥运会，一些采访对象觉得伦敦奥运的开幕式相对更加混乱，但却充满了英国特色，展示了英国文化。

　　Most people said that the opening ceremony was fantastic, and they are excited about it. The most memorable parts of the opening ceremony are the industrial revolution and the time when James Bond and Queen jumped out of the plane. the opening ceremony was quiet different from 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, it reflects a different cultural background of the two nations. It's hardly to tell which one is better, they all did their best.

　　【你认识吉祥物“文洛克”吗？】

　　Wenlock作为此次伦敦奥运会的吉祥物，有着令人夺目的迥异外形，让人看了之后印象深刻。然而在我们的采访过程中却发现11位采访对象仅有一位知道什么是“wenlock”，换句话说，本次奥运会的吉祥物或许在英国并没有被广泛认知。这让我不禁想到最先采访的那位中国老大爷说的话，老大爷说我们国家08年举办奥运会是举国欢庆、大力支持，然而英国成功申奥却遭到了很多本国人民的反对，即便是在如今伦敦奥运会正举办的如火如荼的时刻，仍有一些公民表示反抗。通过这个背景介绍，我们便不难发现为什么会有这么多英国本土居民不知道伦敦奥运会吉祥物的原因了，从中我们也多少能窥见两个发展程度不同、文化背景不同的国家对于如奥运会这样的世界性事件所带有的不同认知。

　　【奥运来了，高兴？不高兴？】

　　“I think some people are passionate to the Olympics, but others are not. They worried about the traffic system and the crowd.” said by 2 students, Tony and Johan, living in Cambridge. They are studying and living here, they like sports, especially rowing. Unfortunately, they have no chance to watch the game in stadium because of the high admission fee. “I do not think they are passionate because the tickets are so expensive that people cannot afford. In addition, the tickets are paid by visa, which means people must have credit cards. A score of people cannot go to see it.” Furthermore, Naveen, an Indian British in London, he claimed that: “I don’t agree with the government’s paying such a great amount of money for the opening ceremony. The government could contribute to the poor people in the world instead of this kind of things.” He worked in the hotel for part-time job and he thought that most of London people do not welcome the opening ceremony because they dislike full of people and they are very busy every day. “I did not see the passion from London people.” said by Keller, a visitor from Australia. However, he looked forward a lot because he is a big fun of sports and he got the chance to see the game in the stadium in a few days. He was very excited. “I’m so happy because the tickets are really hard to get and expensive.”

　　英国人对奥运并没有08年时中国人对北京奥运会的期待那么强烈，但却对此有着独特的看法和见解。英国的市民中有很大一部分人没有看奥运会开幕式，并且希望奥运会能够加强对安保和交通方面的措施。针对因开辟奥运专线而影响伦敦市民的正常交通路线，给市民的日常生活带来困扰这件事情，英国人民并没有默默忍受而是把它公诸于媒体以引起政府的足够重视并充分尊重民意，这件事多少体现出英国人不同于中国人的行为处事，而只有两种迥异文化的相互碰撞，我们才能发现彼此的优劣并很好的取长补短。

　　同时，我们还发现英国人并没有把奥运会当成一场需要举国欢庆的盛会对待，而是平淡为之，把它当作一场普通的运动会。被采访对象普遍表示奥运会的举办并不是建立在干扰人民生活的基础上的，而是为了拉近国家之间的联系，通过运动员的奋勇拼搏而体现奥林匹克精神，所以在奥运会举办期间英国人民才没有表现出格外喜庆的状态。

　　【天气是热门话题！】

　　在英国，不得不谈到的就是天气。关于这次捷克代表团在奥运开幕式上脚穿雨靴手持雨伞出现的场景，让冷幽默出了名的英国人也不得不甘拜下风，英国的天气自然也就成了人们在大街小巷谈论的话题。不过绝大部分接受采访的英国人都表示相信在奥运会的气势下天公也不得不服软，会尽量作美，使本届伦敦奥运会有一个圆满的闭幕，不会因为天气因素推迟或取消比赛。

　　The most significant influence of the Olympic is that it can promote more individuals take part in activities, it does a good benefit to people. But also the Olympic which brings traffic jams to London. Lots of people rush to Britain, which make the city really crowded. It truly has some good effects on eastern London and promotes the development of economy.

　　Admittedly, there are some individuals do not care about the Olympic Games, however, the atmosphere of Olympic can be seen everywhere. Sport’s spirit can be passed and the Olympic will eventually make more people love sports.

　　【英国人？在英国生活？】

　　If you ask someone to use a word to describe Britain, most of their answers would be “diversity” or “multicultural”. That is true, among all the people living in Britain, a big part are consisted by people from other countries, and the reason they came here is different, it may because of their family, job or some other factors. Through the interview, it’s easy to see that people enjoy the life here in Britain, the culture shock somehow brings them a kind of excitement, you can easily feel different things in just one country, that’s pretty cool. Britain uses its diversity to attract so many people, and this is an unforgettable country for sure. Being in Britain, you will never get bored, because everyday in life, there are still many things for you to explore!
