旅游英语口语大全之酒店服务

　　酒店的前台细分成几个部分：接待处或登记处，处理有关住宿的手续和问题。出纳处（Cashier）负责计算住宿费用，兑换外币，也可这里租用保险箱。服务台，可以在这里询问旅游信息。

　　当然，当有任何需要或东西故障不能使用时，最快的方式就是直接找柜台人员了。
