　　The Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person is the certificate for an enterprise to obtain legal person qualification and conduct legal operation.

　　The original copy of the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person shall be placed in an eye-catching position in the residence of the enterprise.

　　The Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person may not be forged, altered, leased, lent, or transferred.

　　The enterprise as a legal person shall apply for making changes in its registration if any registration item is to be modified and apply for a new business license.

　　The enterprise as a legal person may not conduct operation activities irrelevant to liquidation after the business license is revoked.
