　　I have a terrible toothache.

　　我牙疼的厉害。

　　Tell me how it got started.

　　告诉我怎么回事。

　　I had a runny nose.

　　我流鼻涕。

　　I have a sore throat.

　　我喉咙很痛。

　　My nose is stuffed up.

　　我鼻子堵塞了。

　　I began to run a fever.

　　我开始发烧了。

　　I feel pain here whenever I drink something cold.

　　我一喝冷的东西就觉得这里痛。

　　I feel dizzy.

　　我头晕目眩。

　　My tooth is killing me.

　　我牙疼死了。

　　I don't have much of an appetite these days.

　　这几天我没有什么胃口。

　　It's a sharp pain like someone is sticking a needle in my tooth.

　　是刺痛的感觉，就好像有人把针刺进我牙里。

　　I'll give you some cough medicine and some antibiotic pills.

　　我给你开点咳嗽药和一些抗生素药丸。

　　Take this medicine three times a day.

　　一天服三次药。

　　A: Good morning. What's the matter with you?

　　B: Good morning, doctor. I have a terrible headache.

　　A: All right. Tell me how it got started.

　　B: Yesterday, I had a runny nose. Now my nose is stuffed up. I have a sore throat and I'm afraid I've got a temperature. I feel terrible.

　　A: Don't worry. Let me give you an examination first. Let me take a look at your throat. Open your mouth and say"ah"

　　B: Ah.

　　A: Your throat is inflamed. And your tongue is heavily coated. You have all the symptoms of influenza.

　　B: What am I supposed to do then?

　　A: A good rest is all you need and drink more water. I'll write you a prescription.

　　B: Thank you very much.

　　Translation:

　　早上好，你哪里不舒服?

　　早上好，医生。我头疼得厉害。

　　好的，告诉我怎么回事。

　　昨天我老流鼻涕。现在有点鼻塞，我喉咙很痛，恐怕还伴有高烧，感觉糟透了。

　　别担心，让我给你检查一下。我先看看你的喉咙，张开嘴说“啊”。

　　啊。

　　你的喉咙发炎了，舌苔很厚，这些都是感冒的症状。

　　那我该怎么做呢?

　　你需要好好休息，多喝水，我马上给你开药方。

　　谢谢。
