　　A duty is an obligation of law imposed on a person to perform or refrain from performing a certain act.

　　责任是法律所规定的一个人为或不为之义务。

　　A person who causes harm in exercising justifiable defense shall not bear vivil liability.

　　因正当防卫造成损害的,不承担民事责任。

　　Failure to observe the code does not render anyone liable to proceedings.

　　违反该法典者并不承担诉讼责任。

　　If two or more persons jointly infringe upon another person's rights and cause him damage,the shall bear joint liability.

　　两人以上共同侵权造成他损害的,应当承担共同责任。
