　　A patent is a governmental grant of an exclusive monopoly as an incentive and a reward for a new invention.

　　专利权是政府对一项新发明授予的独立性权利，以给予发明鼓励和奖励。

　　规定必须使用注册商标的商品，未经核准注册的，不得在市场销售。

　　It is illegal to take copies of a copyright work.

　　"Utility Model"means any new technical solution relating to the shape, the structure,or their combination,of a product,which is fit for practical use.

　　“实用新型”是指对产品的形状、结构或组合所提出的具有实用性的新技术方案。

　　10.Unauthorized use of the registered trademarks of others is illegal.

　　未经授权使用他人注册商标是违法的。
