　　LOS ANGELES - Google Inc, fresh from losing a bid to buy thousands of patents from bankrupt Nortel, lashed out at itsbiggest rivals on Wednesday and accused them of banding together to block the Internet giant in the red-hot （smartphone）

arena.

　　路透洛杉矶谷歌近期竞拍北电网络专利失败，周三抨击其竞争对手相互勾结，阻挠谷歌在智能手机领域发展。

　　Google Chief Legal Officer David Drummond blasted Microsoft, Apple, Oracle and "other companies" for colluding to hamper the increasingly popular Android mobile software by buying up patents, effectively imposing a "tax" on Android cellphones.

　　谷歌首席法务官德拉蒙德(David Drummond)称微软、苹果、和甲骨文等公司相互勾结，通过买断相关专利，相当于对采用Android系统的手机“征税”，试图阻挠Android手机软件的发展。

　　Apart from increasing costs for consumers, snapping up the patents will stifle technological innovation, he said.
　　他指出，这种抢购专利的作法，不仅会增加消费者的支出，还会扼杀科技创新。

　　"Microsoft and Apple have always been at each other's throats, so when they get into bed together you have to start wondering what's going on," Drummond wrote in a blog post.
　　德拉蒙德在博客中写道：“微软和苹果向来是死对头，所以当它们混到一起的时候，你就不得不疑惑究竟发生了什麽。”

　　He referred to "a hostile, organized campaign against Android by Microsoft, Oracle, Apple and other companies, waged through

bogus patents."

　　他认为，这是微软、甲骨文、苹果以及其他公司通过假专利，对Android发动的恶意的有组织行动。

　　Apple, Microsoft and Oracle declined to comment.

　　对此，苹果、微软、甲骨文的发言人拒绝予以评论。
