  Ok, so here are some Chinese snacks that I brought back to my family to try. Here we have Jay Chou potato chips. Why not you take those, dad? And Chuck, Chuck has the hot sauce,

   the chili sauce. Angela has the biscuits and Philip has some tofu.

  There are two thinks that come to my mind when think of China. The first is economic.

  Large, high population.

  I think of there culture.

  Many many many many countries are in debt to them.

  Secretive.

  The Chinese New year and other different celebrations.

  They are just growing economic like crazy.

  The opening ceremony of the Olympics.

  It's good for them and it's good for the world.

  Here is the guy from The Green Hornet. That's him. I know it.

  What about Bruce Lee?

  Jackie Chen, is he Chinese or is he Japanese?

  The one who always places the pretty girl in all movie.

  And there is a basketball player or anything? He is pretty famous.

  Is her Yao Ming?

  He is so tall.

  Mao Zedong is an important name somehow.

  Who is Mulan?

  She is a Disney character.

  The story of Mulan that Disney made into movie.

  She is an inspirational woman.

  It's probably based on a folk tale.

  She is really hard-core and ??

  I hear many people talk about Confucius.

  He is a pioneer or sorts.

  Confucius was a man of many words.

  A philosopher and just the fresh sayings

  Confucius also says, "A rolling stone gathers no moss".

  Confucius says that?

  I used to teach history.

  I was a flight attendantfor 14 years and I flew to China.

  Talk about the Communist Revolution and talk about the end of the World War Ⅱ.

  Would you guys ever go to China.

  I know that in China they use the RMB as currency, but I don't know what that means.

  We had a friend who went and climbed mountains, I think.

  But actually Hongkongnese use something else because they are weirdover there.

  I think a little bit of the exoticfood, like the bear claw.

  What does that mean? What is "Ni hao, Kai Lan"?

  My first real experience with Chinese history was the time period of the three kingdoms.

  From the video games that I used to play.

  It's actually a video game on the super Nintendo system called Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

  And that's what I know about Chinese history.

  You played as either Cao Cao or some of the other warriors trying to unify China or, your know, to build up their own armies.
