　　1. Make room for failure

　　Nobody wants to fail, but failing is inevitableon your way to success. [ename]George Bernard Shaw[/ename] said:

　　没有人愿意失败，但失败是成功之路上不可避免的。萧伯纳说过：

　　A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.

　　一个尝试错误的人生不但比无所事事的人生更荣耀，而且更有意义。

　　So if you never fail then it probably means that you do nothing. Failing shows that you actually do something instead ofjust sitting in your comfort zone.

　　所以，如果你不曾经历过失败，那么这可能意味着你什么都没做过。失败表明了你的的确确尝试过，而不是仅仅坐在自己的安乐窝里。

　　2. Learn from each failure

　　从每次失败中汲取经验

　　Though you need to make room for failure, you shouldn’t just fail. You need to fail intelligently. That means each failure should teach you something. Don’t just fail and get nothing out of it. Learn something from each failure that makes you better and better over time.

　　虽然你需要给失败留余地，但你不应该只是失败。你应该聪明地失败。这意味着每一次的失败应该教会你东西。不要只是失败，从中学不到任何事。从每一次的失败中吸取经验，随着时间的推移，你会变得越来越好。

　　3. Fail fast

　　Time is precious, so if you failed then you’d better fail fast. Why? Because it will make you learn and improve faster. It will make you ready for the primetime sooner.

　　The key here is to shorten your feedbackcycle. Find a way to get quick feedback on your effort so that you can adjust yourself soon. What you need to do is testing your idea in the real world as soon as possible. Don’t wait until everything is perfect. Instead, test it once it’s good enough and refinefrom there. The mantraof the open source world applies here: release early, release often.

　　1. Take risks

　　Many people hesitate to work on something they aren’t familiar with because they are afraid of the unknown. But fear is not an option, so you should be willing to take risks. Explorenew ideas. Experiment with new things. If you are successful, the rewardcould be huge. Even if you aren’t, you will still come out better than before.

　　当接触到自己并不熟悉的领域时，很多人会犹豫地工作，因为他们害怕未知的事物。可畏惧不是一个选项，所以你应该愿意承担风险。探索新的思路。试验新事物。如果你成功了，回报可能是巨大的。即使你没有，你将仍然会比以前更好。

　　2. Do things you are inconvenient with

　　Doing things you aren’t convenient with gives you the most opportunities for growth. Since you stretchyourself beyond your comfort zone, you will grow a lot. This isn’t easy to apply (for me, at least), but it’s something we should striveto do from time to time.

　　做你并不擅长的事情，会为你提供很多成长的机会。既然你已经离开了那个安乐窝，你会成长很多。这并不容易（至少对我而言是这样），但我们应该经常努力去做。
