　　Tablespoon of mayonnaise (optional)

　　Salt and pepper to season

　　·Wash the potato, dry off and pierce skin with fork.

　　·Place in preheated hot oven and cook for 1hour 30 minutes.

　　·In the meantime, prepare the tuna mayonnaise filling—drain a tin of tuna and empty into a bowl.
