　　(一)名词

　　1.名词的单复数

　　只有单数形式的名词。例如：

　　homework，housework，population，traffic，food，bread，knowledge.money，work，tea，weather，air，science

　　特殊复数形式的名词。例如：

　　man—men，woman—women，tooth—teeth，fool—feet，child—children

　　形式上是单数却用作复数的名词。例如：

　　people，police

　　形式上是复数却用作单数的名词。例如：

　　news，maths，physics，politics

　　单复数同形的名词。例如：来源：www.examda.com

　　sheep—sheep，Japanese—Japanese，Chinese—Chinese

　　通常以复数形式出现，其谓语也用复数的名训。例如：

　　clothes，shoes，glasses，trousers，stockings

　　2.名词的所有格

　　在单数名词后加-’s。例如：

　　Jack’s，my brother’s

　　在以-s结尾的复数名词后加’。例如：

　　the teachers’room the twins’clothes

　　在不以-s结尾的复数名词后加-s。例如：

　　men’s shoes，Children’s Day

　　两个并列名词的所有格，在后面一个名词后越-’s。例如：

　　Rose and Jack’s father
