　　我们认识到，改革是一场深刻的革命，涉及重大利益关系调整，涉及各方面体制机制完善。中国改革已进入攻坚期和深水区。这是因为，当前改革需要解决的问题格外艰巨，都是难啃的硬骨头，这个时候就要一鼓作气，瞻前顾后、畏葸不前不仅不能前进，而且可能前功尽弃。

　　We have come to adopt the reform as a deep-going revolution, entailing reshuffle of relationships among major stakeholders and improvement of various systems and structures. China’s reform has entered a stage where critical problems need to be addressed and situation remain complicated, as the ongoing reform presents unprecedentedly arduous obstacles stubborn to yield. Press on with sustained effort and fight the urge to be overcautious and indecisive, or we will spoil what we have previously achieved.

　　3. 难啃的硬骨头

　　解析：它表示问题难以解决，即顽固，不肯屈服，所以可以说obstacles stubborn to yield.

　　4. 一鼓作气，瞻前顾后、畏葸不前不仅不能前进，而且可能前功尽弃。

　　解析：词汇：“瞻前顾后、畏葸不前”即过于谨慎和犹豫不决，可以用overcautious and indecisiveness。
