　　Cooperation is important in a competitive society. While competing constantly for individual living space，people also cooperator to promote the development of society as a whole. 　　By cooperation，people can finish difficult tasks that seem impossible for any individual alone. For example，in modern industry，division of labor and mass production，based on combined efforts，have become common practices. It has been proved that cooperation not only leads to smooth work flow，but also low cost and high efficiency. Moreover，cooperation can improve the whole competitive ability of a group，and at the same time make each member feel stronger. Take a football team for example. Individual skills and teamwork are of equal importance for it. In a match，a team needs cooperation and organization to play at it best. On the other hand，good teamwork enables each player to exert his best，which in turn strengthens the performance of the whole team.As the saying goes，“Unite we stand; divide we fall.” 　　Without cooperation，people would have to do everything all by themselves，and the whole world would fall apart in the end. Therefore， in modern society cooperation is of great importance. People should learn to cooperate in order to compete well.
