　　Jihadists(圣战者)：伊斯兰圣战组织成员。伊斯兰圣战组织受伊朗伊斯兰革命影响，一批巴勒斯坦激进学生在埃及筹建的非正式组织，其目标是通过“圣战”消灭以色列，在巴勒斯坦建立一个伊斯兰国家，在伊斯兰运动推动下，重建统一的伊斯兰世界。当今国际安全形势不容乐观的一大因素就是恐怖主义的全球迅速蔓延，在以美国为首的西方国家眼中，“巴勒斯坦伊斯兰圣战者组织”等伊斯兰教武装力量无疑是恐怖组织的代名词。

　　Terrorism（恐怖主义）：恐怖主义是实施者对非武装人员有组织地使用暴力或以暴力相威胁，通过将一定的对象置于恐怖之中，来达到某种政治目的的策略和思想。一般的表现形式为有意制造恐慌的暴力行为，意在达成宗教、政治或意识形态上的目的而故意攻击非战斗人员（平民）或将他们的安危置之不理，这类行动一般由非政府机构策动。
