　　3.取钱和消户 Withdrawing Money and Closing an Account

　　Mr. Lee: I would like to withdraw my money and close my account please.

　　我想把钱都取出来，然后消户。

　　Teller: May I see your passbook.

　　我能看看您的存折吗?

　　Mr. Lee: Here you are.

　　给你。

　　Teller: This is a sizable sum. Is there any reason you are closing your account with us Mr. Lee?

　　数量很大。Lee先生，为什么要消户呢?

　　Mr. Lee: I will be leaving the city soon so I have no need for this account.

　　我要离开这里了，所以这个账户没有用了。

　　Teller: I see. Well for this amount I will have to get my manager’s approval.

　　我明白了，这个数额需要得到经理的许可。

　　Mr. Lee: No problem. I’ll wait over there.

　　没问题。我在这里等。

　　Teller: Thank you. This should only be a few minutes. If you would like, there is coffee by those sofas over there.

　　谢谢。只要几分钟。如果您需要，那边的沙发旁边有咖啡。

　　Mr. Lee: No, thanks. Coffee makes me wired and I will be nervous enough carrying all that cash.

　　不用，谢谢。咖啡容易让我兴奋。本来带这么多钱就够紧张的。
