Flop the Humboldt penguin hatched eight months ago, but she lost her ability to stand after an infection.

秘鲁企鹅弗洛普（Flop）于八个月前孵化，但她在一次感染过后失去了站立的能力。

Zoo staff saved her life by making a special baby bouncer which was especially designed to keep Flop upright – particularly at feeding time.

动物园的工作人员借助一个婴儿学步弹跳秋千拯救了她的生命，这个弹跳秋千经过特殊设计，可以帮助弗洛普保持直立，特别是在喂食的时候。

It took Flop about a month to build enough strength to rejoin the other young penguins in the colony.

弗洛普用了大约一个月的时间通过锻炼恢复了足够的体力，得以回到群落里其它年轻企鹅的行列中去。

The zoo tried anything and everything to help Flop the penguin back on her feet.

"We actually developed a little baby bouncer that would support her body weight with her feet just touching the floor, and we [were] able to feed her in this."

Thanks to this, some penguin physiotherapy, and a lot of hard work from Flop and friends she is now able to stand again, and looking forward to living her best penguin life.
