Good question! These are very common phrases, and they have similar meanings.

让我们从 “we got a deal” 说起吧。在表达 “达成了协议” 的意思时，“we got a deal” 是一个常用的表达。

Yes. This is an informal and conversational way of saying that an agreement has successfully been secured, and the emphasis is particularly on the result of the process.

Buli
没错。“Get a deal” 常用于口语，意思就是 “达成协议”。需要注意的是，这个表达中的 “get” 强调了 “成功达成协议” 这个结果。“Get” 这个词在许多包含它的固定搭配中都用于对 “成功地实现了某个结果” 的强调。

Now, it's common to use the present perfect with this phrase – 'we've got a deal' – especially when announcing that a deal has been made, but we can also use it in the past simple. Listen to these examples.

Examples
There were hours of discussion, but we finally got a deal.

We've got a deal! Isn't that great news?
