Well, you can safely freeze most foods – but not all will still taste good.
虽然你可以安全地冷冻大多数食物,但并不是所有食物经过冷冻后的口感依然良好。
Vegetables and fruit with a high water content will go limp and mushy after defrosting. That's because the water expands as it freezes, bursting the cell walls that give the plant its rigid texture.

Mayonnaise and cream can separate and curdle.
