Thanks for your question. OK, so, let's start with comparing 'qualification' and 'certification'. A 'qualification' is something official that shows you have successfully completed a training course and have the necessary skills and knowledge to do something.

Now, 'eligibility' is related but a little bit different. It's usually used when checking that someone or something has the necessary qualities or conditions for something.
