　　3. I feel sorry to trouble you but I am afraid I have to make a complaint about…。。

　　结尾：

　　1. I trust you will take my complaint seriously and ……

　　2. I will appreciate it very much if you could…。。

　　3. I would be perfectly satisfied if you can kindly……

　　4. I understand you will give immediately attention to this matter.

　　5. Please let me know what you intend to do in this matter

　　6. In view of the inconvenience that this has caused， I feel you should…。。
