　　Social problems have increased markedly, and many problems in the areas of

　　Some people still lead hard lives.

　　制约科学发展的体制机制障碍较多;

　　There are many systemic and institutional obstacles to developing in a

　　scientific way.

　　政府职能转变不到位，一些领域****现象易发多发。

　　The transformation of government functions has not been fully carried out,

　　and some areas are prone to corruption.

　　这些问题，有些是长期积累的，有些是经济社会发展过程中出现的，有些是政府工作中的缺点和不足造成的。

　　Some of these problems have built up over time, while others have emerged

　　in the course of economic and social development, and still others have been

　　caused by inadequacies and weaknesses in our government work.

　　我们要以对国家和人民高度负责的精神，更加努力做好工作，加快解决这些问题，决不辜负人民的期望!

　　We should have a strong sense of responsibility toward our country and

　　people, work harder and solve these problems more quickly in order to meet

　　people's expectations and never let them down.
