　　Ukraine will refuse entry to a convoy of 280 Russiantrucks carrying humanitarian aid to the east of thecountry amid fears in Kiev and western capitals thatMoscow’s mission is aimed at shoring up a separatistrebellion.

　　But the ICRC said it was “not in charge” of the convoy and had not clarified details of itscontents. Valeriy Chalyi, a senior Ukrainian official, said if Russian aid was transferred to RedCross trucks as per the agreement, it would be accepted.
