万科线下线上齐发力向淘宝客户提供购房折扣

　　In the latest sign of Chinese developers’ desperationto unload inventory into a weak property market,China Vanke Co is offering discounts of up to$325,000 to homebuyers who shop on Alibaba’sTaobao, an e-commerce platform.

　　中国万科集团(Vanke)将向在淘宝(Taobao)网站上购物的客户提供最高达32.5万美元的折扣。这是面对楼市疲软，中国开发商急于清理库存的又一个案例。淘宝是阿里巴巴(Alibaba)旗下的电子商务平台。

　　The country’s biggest developer will give discountsthat match shoppers’ spending of up to Rmb2m($325,000) on the eBay-like service. Homes in real estate developments in Beijing, Shanghai,Guangzhou and Chongqing, among other cities, will qualify, according to an advertisement onTaobao’s website.
