　　OTTAWA, Ontario — The heart of the Canadiancapital was traumatized and placed in emergencypolice lockdown on Wednesday after a gunmanfatally wounded a soldier guarding the National WarMemorial, entered the nearby Parliament buildingand fired multiple times before he was shot andkilled.
