　　Swiss rival UBS is also set to increase litigation reserves by at least several hundred millionSwiss francs with its third-quarter results at the end of the month, people close to the situationsaid. The bank, which had a total litigation pot of SFr2bn ($2.1bn) at the end of June, disclosedlast month that it was in talks with at least two authorities over a forex settlement, warning itwould face “material monetary penalties”.
