上海上市的房地产开发商保利房地产(集团)股份有限公司(Poly Real Estate Group)最近在全市张贴保利?罗兰香谷(Charming Land)的红色宣传海报，这是该公司在杭州郊区的住宅项目之一。海报上称，保利提供零首付、零月供、零利率优惠，允许购房者将最低30%的首付推迟到明年支付。
Poly's Hangzhou office did not respond to repeated calls for comment. At a recent visit to the Charming Land showroom, the place was void of people except for sales staff dressed in Brazil's yellow soccer jerseys.
记者多次联系保利地产杭州办事处，但没得到回覆。在最近走访罗兰香谷售楼处时，记者只看到身穿巴西足球队黄色球衣的销售人员，看房者寥寥无几。
